We’ve created a culture of celebrating major festivities by reaching out to underprivileged children. Our AEON Mesra celebrations include AEON Mesra Chinese New Year, AEON Mesra Ramadan, AEON Mesra Aidiladha, AEON Mesra Deepavali & AEON Mesra Christmas.
Through AEON Mesra, thousands of children have enjoyed shopping sprees at our stores, with our AEON employees and volunteers. One of the most anticipated annual highlights, the AEON Mesra festive celebration is the essence of our belief of receiving joy by helping others achieve joy.

A Prosperous Chinese New Year Filled With Love – 2019
150 children and 80 underprivileged single parents and old folks were invited to the Kompleks Sukan Bandar Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur, where they enjoyed a Chinese New Year lunch, together with 30 volunteers during the ‘Spread Our Love’ Chinese New Year Celebrations 2019 hosted by the Malaysian AEON Foundation (MAF).

Raya Celebration Comes Early for 460 Children and 45 Single Parents
A total of 460 children and 45 single parents were hosted at Raya celebrations held simultaneously at nine AEON outlets and two AEON Big outlets throughout the country, with the grand event taking place at AEON Seremban 2 and Klana Resort Hotel.

We are thankful for the 6 AEON CO. (M) BHD and 2 AEON BIG (M) Sdn Bhd stores down south that contributed daging sedekah to 340 families from the B40 group, where each family received 1-2 kg of meat. In total, 42 parts of daging sedekah were yielded from 5 Cows.

MAF partnered with Klang’s Sri Maha Mariamman Temple for Lights of Love Deepavali program. 130 children and 50 less fortunate families from the neighbourhood were offered monetary assistance and everyday life necessities that totaled RM47,500.
